Junior Tuition Courses

Open to all junior golfers from the age of 10 to 14 who have previous golfing experience or looking to start a new sport. This is also open for younger juniors who have attended our RSG Monday and Saturday Junior Academy Sessions and spoken to Beki/Andy.

The academy will run during the school term time with a Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn term throughout the year. This term consists of Wednesday evenings.

This is a additional day to or Monday and Saturday sessions to allow for more coaching time for our older or more experience golfers working through the next stage of the Academy system, this being the Eagle and Albatross level.

Throughout each session, juniors will look to develop on the fundamentals of the game including recovery shots and learning course management skills to improve their own course game alongside the rules and etiquette of golf. Personal swing video analysis will be used (with parental permission).

They will be partaking in small development skills tests throughout the term which will lead to them being awarded the next stage of stickers for their Achievement ScoreCard. This scorecard helps to highlight areas for improvement with a clear development level between stages, at the end of each term personal feedback will be given by the coaches linking back to current levels achieved through our ScoreCard.

There will be one on course competition during this term where parents are invited to caddy for their junior during the round. The competition scores will be recorded and count towards your Achievement ScoreCard stickers.

Wednesday 9th January to Wednesday 3rd April  (Wednesday sessions each week)

There is a small break from Monday 18th February to Sunday 24th February for Feb Half Term

Competition Dates –  Sunday 10th Feb from 9.30am and Sunday 31st March from 9.30am

Wednesday Sessions 4.30-6pm

£115 for the Spring Term (12 sessions)
